Video: Effects (VFX)

This short video is an example of VFX composting.

Developed from (2) separate elements to generate a singular video presentation.

The sky is a separate (still) image from the foreground video footage; the two performers, the land, and the water.
In-computer camera tracking techniques are used to sync the (still) sky with the motion of the video footage.

Sidenote: This is a rough draft example. Look closely, just after the mid-point of this 6-second clip, a hint of the 'masking' composite is evident, as a momentary "halo", around the female performer's head, revealing the evidence of two separate elements.

Software:
DaVinci Resolve
